Job Description

The Senior Facilitator plays a crucial role in driving organizational effectiveness by designing and delivering high-impact training programs and workshops. This position is responsible for enhancing team performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through strategic facilitation and engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and develop comprehensive training programs.
  • Create engaging materials and resources that align with organizational objectives.
  • Lead workshops, training sessions, and team-building activities, ensuring active participation and knowledge retention.
  • Utilize a variety of facilitation techniques to accommodate different learning styles and maximize engagement.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to participants to reinforce learning and application in the workplace.
  • Partner with HR and management to identify performance gaps and design interventions to address them.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on team dynamics and organizational culture.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and innovative facilitation techniques.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance personal and team capabilities.
  • Prepare and present reports on training outcomes and recommendations for future initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate participant progress and overall program impact.



Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Human Resources, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, IT, or a related field.

Experience:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in facilitation, training, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs and workshops.
